Practical Info
- We accept bookings up to two hours before tour starting time. However, we always try to accomodate our clients, so feel free to contact us and we will do our best to organize the tour for you
- We strive for our clients to Enjoy The Very Best Art Experience, hence we suggest maximum 8 people on each private tour.
- After booking online (no need to pay in advance), you will receive our confirmation email and you just need to come at the museum and fully enjoy your private tour!
- The Meeting Point is beside the orange "school" sign, under the museum tunnel/arcade and your tour guide will be waiting with your entry tickets 5min before tour starting time.
- Museum tickets we reserve for you have a time-slot, hence our advice is to be at the museum few minutes before tour start, so to facilitate the entrance.
- Please contact us via email / whatsapp / mobile, in case you cannot find the meeting point.

Booking process safe and smooth for you:
- just select date and time suitable for you and avoid the risk to enter your credit card details and pay online.
- Instead, you will safely pay your tour guide at the museum: cash (in Euro) or credit card, what works best for you.
- Tour Prices, per Person: Adult €100; 10-17yo €50; Under10 Free.

- Our tour guides are experienced in offering tailored experiences, so feel free to join us as a solo traveler, a couple, or a family with children and grandparents. We will adapt the pace and content of the tour to ensure everyone feels comfortable and fully enjoys the private experience.
Special Requests
- When booking, please let us know if you have any special requests and we will try to accommodate you. For example, if you need a wheelchair, we will arrange it with the museum so that it is ready for you upon arrival, and the tour guide will assist you.
